  • Lake House är en charmig villa som ligger bara 50 meter från sjön, en sandstrand och stadens centrum. Villan är omgiven av terrasser och ligger inbäddad i en välskött trädgård. Här finns en stor pool med dykområde, studsmatta, dusch och solterrass med solstolar och solbäddar – allt för en oförglömlig vistelse.
    Ett elegant och rymligt vardagsrum samt ett välutrustat kök med utgång till en stor täckt uteplats för måltider utomhus kompletterar helheten.
    Villan har fyra sovrum och tre badrum, samt parkering för tre bilar på innergården.

    Incheckning sker mellan kl. 17.00 och 19.00: om du anländer senare än så måste du meddela vår incheckningsassistent och betala en extra avgift på 35 € för tjänsten.

Fantastic villa, location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to the town and to the lake. The pool is fabulous and was a god send in the heatwave when we visited. Bedrooms are excellent size with much needed Aircon! Lots of space, well stocked kitchen and the villa is a good base to explore the lakes. There is enough in the town for shopping and evening activities, we ate at 4 good restaurants in our time there, and the kids loved the Gelateria round the corner. Elisa was an excellent host, available at all times and gave us great suggestions for where to go and what to do. Very much recommended

The property lovely, and very conveniently located for the lake and restaurants. The air conditioning was very poor in the upstairs bedrooms, and we had to purchase fans from the local hardware store (at our cost). There was also no kettle in the kitchen.

We really enjoyed it. Everything was as described, and the lake was a short walk away. The property was very well-maintained with a lovely pool, even a small diving board. The house was just as beautiful, with everything you need. Clean and modern bathrooms. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Many thanks to the hostess.

Sommerurlaub mit Freunden

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus ( Anwesen ) Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und war sehr bemüht das unser Aufenthalt perfekt wurde. Wir können es nur empfehlen, denn wir möchten wieder kommen.

Großartig

Lage, Grundstück und Haus sind beeindruckend. Die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, manche Schlafzimmer etwas spartanischer, was bei dem großzügigen Wohnraum und Außengelände nicht ins Gewicht fällt. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Betreuung durch Elisa.

Fabulous location for restaurants, beach and exploring. Pool and garden fantastic, although could have done with a sun bed for each guest. Kitchen lacking kettle and could be more generous with cleaning provisions, e.g. dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc. Plenty of space in the house, comfortable beds and great shower. All minor gripes given we had a fabulous time in a great location.

Good location, only approximately 50 metres from Lake Garda, but in our opinion, the property description promises more than the house delivers. One of the house’s four bedrooms is located on the lower ground/basement level. It is accessed through a door in the kitchen that looks like a cupboard door, giving the impression that the room was originally intended as some form of staff quarters. There was already a noticeable smell of damp in the downstairs bedroom when we arrived. On the second-to-last night, both the bedroom and its adjoining bathroom flooded and could no longer be used. During the storm, roof tiles also fell from the house, and one of them struck our new car. We fully understand that the extreme weather was beyond the host’s control. However, the smell of damp before the flooding suggests that there may already have been a moisture problem on the lower level. We also did not feel that sufficient precautions had been taken to protect this part of the house from water entering. Our contacts responsible for the rental did not come to our assistance during the flooding. Afterwards, they were unfortunately not particularly helpful in handling and resolving the damage to our car either. Overall, this is a spacious house in a good location, but our stay was significantly affected by the damp problem, the flooding, the lack of assistance and the damage to our car.

Una sorpresa felice, contiamo di tornare anche in estate

Casa del Lago è stata una scoperta e la consiglio veramente, sono stata con il mio bambino e mia sorella e ci siamo trovate benissimo. Una residenza di classe con ampi spazi per la famiglia, un giardino privato con solarium e grande piscina a disposizione. La spiaggia attrezzata è poco fuori di casa, a distanza di pochi passi, e basta qualche minuto a piedi per raggiungere anche i supermercati e il centro del paese. Le camere sono accoglienti e silenziose, nei bagni ci sono sia vasca che doccia, la cucina è fornita di tutto l’occorrente per essere autonomi senza dover per forza uscire a mangiare. Abbiamo colto l’occasione di un fine settimana tra noi per rilassarci e ci siamo trovate bene, sicuramente valutiamo di tornare anche questa estate con il resto della famiglia. Un grazie meritato anche a Elisa per la cortesia, la disponibilità nell’accoglienza e tutte le informazioni. Ci faremo risentire molto presto!
