“Die Lage direkt am See mit privatem Steg ist exzellent (der „Strand“ ist allerdings steinig) Die Straße „oben“ ist vom Haus aus kaum zu hören, allerdings die Wellen bei Nacht. Am Essplatz mit großem Tisch aus Marmor haben wir sehr nette Abende verbracht. Die Architektur ist aus den späten 60ern oder frühen 70ern und hat viel Charme - auch wenn es langsam Zeit für eine Renovierung wird und ein richtiger Backofen anstatt des Minigrills geboten wäre. “It was a perfect location for a group of 11-13 people. Beautiful, very large garden with lots of privacy, BBQ area and a lovely pool. Directly at lake Garda, we could use the private jetty for swimming and fishing. Large living rooms (a separate one first floor), and many bedrooms. Sufficient parking space for several cars. Minor tip for improvement: the washing machine in the cellar is great, but adding a dryer would make it really complete. Toscolano is an ideal location for all kind of trips...

“We had 2 beautiful weeks in a villa which perfectly fulfills the description. Everything in the villa was as expected. Each of the two flats are perfect for a family of four and includes a small kitchen. We mostly used the large common kitchen in the bottom floor for cooking lunch and dinners. The terrace is large enough for both sunbathing and having lunch/dinner. The pool is perfect. Raffaele maintains the ville perfectly and is a very good host.”
