“The home, property, pool, and proximity to Lake Garda and town made for a fabulous one-week stay with four families, including 4 teenagers and 9 adults. We loved cooling off in the pool, swimming in the lake, and walking to nearby restaurants/bars and gelaterias. Overall, this home provided a wonderful place to make new memories.”

“We had 2 beautiful weeks in a villa which perfectly fulfills the description. Everything in the villa was as expected. Each of the two flats are perfect for a family of four and includes a small kitchen. We mostly used the large common kitchen in the bottom floor for cooking lunch and dinners. The terrace is large enough for both sunbathing and having lunch/dinner. The pool is perfect. Raffaele maintains the ville perfectly and is a very good host.”

“The description on VRBO does not do this property justice - it is so much better than described. Plenty of clean appropriately sized bedrooms and bathrooms, two kitchens, with ample dining space. Outdoor sitting and eating areas, medium sized pool with lounge chairs and plenty of walking space and parking space as the property is enormous. Close proximity to several small towns on Lake Gardia makes the house perfect for relaxation, sightseeing and shopping.”

“The property is stunning and the pictures don’t do the view justice. Huge terrace and hot tub was a bonus. Easy access to the lake and we enjoyed using the paddle boards made available. It’s located just off a main road so would recommend hiring a car as you can’t walk to local amenities. Communication regarding check-in was lacking as we didn’t receive any instruction on the matter. “Die Lage direkt am See mit privatem Steg ist exzellent (der „Strand“ ist allerdings steinig) Die Straße „oben“ ist vom Haus aus kaum zu hören, allerdings die Wellen bei Nacht. Am Essplatz mit großem Tisch aus Marmor haben wir sehr nette Abende verbracht. Die Architektur ist aus den späten 60ern oder frühen 70ern und hat viel Charme - auch wenn es langsam Zeit für eine Renovierung wird und ein richtiger Backofen anstatt des Minigrills geboten wäre.
