I shall make sure there is a mop for kitchen floor in the future . there is a an extractor in the bathroom which should have been switched on by the caretaker before your arrival. I read your comments ,yes indeed Totnes is an old Market town and as you said a bit quirky which gives its charm and uniqueness . As for the cottage it follows the tone of the town and has nothing to do with the nationality of the owner. I am glad you found the cottage up to an holiday standard as for parking , the problem is the same every where but I had given you some information to help you to found parking areas . I thank you for your comments. The cottage might appear a little dated but this makes the charm of a 200 year building and modernising it would not be appropriate. I shall inform the cleaner regarding the level of cleanliness as I have had no bad comments before. I agree that the patio could be in need of deeper cleaning but he rainy weather make it difficult to keep it up to standard once more I thank you for your valuable comments Alain Belment (owner)

As for the parking , Totnes like every where else in the country is difficult for parking however I gave you information relating to parking your car at a reasonable fee. Alain Belment

thank you for your kind reply .I am sorry about parking but I used to have a garage but no one needed it to park their cars when renting the cottage so at the end of last year I cancelled it as it was an additional expense for nothing. Alain Belment
