Located on the 3ᵉ floor without a lift (with very wide, low stairs and easy access) and with a surface area of 50 m², it can accommodate up to 5 travellers. It consists of an office area, a large living room with dining area, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom and two bedroom areas on the mezzanine. 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival. The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

- 500 m from the prestigious Place du Capitole and its public car park
- Small grocery shop at the bottom of the building at the entrance to rue des Blanchers
- Numerous restaurants
- A bakery at the entrance to rue Jean Suau

- The two mezzanine bedrooms are not closed by a door and there is an opening to the living room and blackout curtains between the two bedrooms and the living room.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Wifi via fibre (high-speed internet) is available throughout the flat.

- Cleaning is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel quality linen at your disposal, with the beds made up on your arrival.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
