It is like staying in a big private house where everything is to the highest standard including service and cleanliness. The location is very close to the railway station and the Cathedral. I can strongly recommend the place. ”

“Owner was not answering the bell when we arrived in the stated window of 5 to 7 pm. Had to wait about 15 minutes to get in.”

“An old mill turned into a 5bedroom hostel. The host gives a round tour of the area and gives a detailed description of everything. The host and hostess was friendly and served breakfast each morning with homemade jam/yogurt together with croissants that made for a great breakfast. Durning the breakfast the host asked us out plans for the day and we got great tips on locations to visit and castles to view. They also have a 16 meter pool that our daughter lived in. The surrounding area is quiet...

“Quaint B and B. Lovely host. Very welcoming. Place full of old art and curiosity, statues and old mirrors. It is a special place. The small garden is very pretty. Only stayed one night. The village is very beautiful. Unfortunately we had no time for the many chateau.”

“This place is wonderful. The hosts are so kind. They met us at the front of the hotel. We stayed a wonderful room and had a bottle of wine and pate’ in the garden. Prices were so reasonable. I would go there again and again. Tell them we said hello if you go by. So close to so many wonderful things. Make sure you go down by the river. It is so serene. We had a fabulous time.”

“The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The check-in process was flexible and convenient. The location was excellent, with beautiful views of both sides of the river, as the hotel is situated on an island. Highly recommended!”
