“チェックインの集中時のスタッフ人数が不足なので、カードキーを頂くのみなのに 随分待たされたので不満です。 対応されたスタッフに不満はありません。 古いホテルなのに設備には問題ありませんし、きちんと清潔に保たれていますが、 バスルームの換気が無いのは疑問です。”

“Astil is a quiet and very comfortable hotel. Very close to train station. Note that you shall take the local train. The others do not stop. For Kyoto and Kobe you go one stop to Juso sration and transfer. The best way to go from airports is airportbus to Umeda and then train. The rooms do not have bathtubes since the hotel has a nice onsen bath. If you like med do have tattos you are not able to use the bath. “Det bokade dubbelrummet visade sig varfa ett enbäddsrum i vilket två sängar ställts in, något vi inte förväntat oss vid bokningen, mycket trångt med ingen plats i övrigt att röra sig på. Vi klagade och fick ett större rum mot tillägg (140kr/natt). Det var det värt, hotellt fortfarande prisvärt! I övrigt mycket vänlig, serviceinriktad och hjälpsam personal, bra läge nära tågstation vilket för det lätt att ta sig fram in Osaka city, till Kyoto och andra städer, näraliggande och längre bort.
