“The apartment was exactly as listed. We found it to be the perfect place to stay for our visit to the New River Gorge. Very quiet, very clean without the use of scents. We are sensitive to fabric softeners and other similar products. The couch and king-size mattress were very comfortable after a long day of hiking.Would stay again.”

We loved the daily deer and turkey visits, playing cornhole , smores, and making memories. The location is just a shirt drive from the national park and is a great place to relax after adventuring in the park.”

“This home is as advertised and appeared newly renovated. Was beautifully done and had all the necessities provided (shower products, toilet paper, roll of paper towels, dish detergent and sponges, laundry detergent, trash bags and some spices. Host is communicative. Home is 10 minutes from New River Gorge visitors center and 30 minutes from Summerville Lake. Also minutes from multiple restaurants, gas and Walmart as well as downtown Fayetteville. Only downside, for me, is that the home was...

“Close to lots of things to do. Could have stayed a couple more days to hike more. Very quiet house in a quiet neighborhood. Host was exceptional in returning messages promptly.”

“Enjoyed stay. Would recommend bringing your own charcoal. Charming property, can park 3 cars if needed. We used Hinton as our base to go hiking and explore the area. Lots to do. Comfortable living room. There’s a Kroger nearby for groceries. We had a slight mishap and needed the nearby hospital which turned out to be very friendly and professional. ”

“Nice big house good for muti generation family vacation. Everything was as listed except it wasn't clear to us that the bunk room in the basement didn't have a window or any ventilation. Became quite warm and stuffy with 4 people sleeping in there.”
