Our first night there we realized our heat wasn’t working which being there at the end of DecBut the owner got it taken care of immediately she couldn’t get ahold of hvac team that night since it was late so they went and bought heaters and brought them to us and hvac people came the next morning! “The condo was well stocked with towels, paper goods and dishwashing supplies. It was so quiet and peaceful. I am highly satisfied.”

“The heat wouldn’t stay set. Everyday we had to set it then come in and reset . Light switches wouldn’t work right. Back shower water never got hot . Electrical plug in first bedroom needs to be fastened into wall, near dresser. Back bedroom you couldn’t open the closet. Door wouldn’t slide on carpet. A ice maker would be nice. Location is great . ”

“This place had a good view of the mountain and was far enough off of the man strip to feel private yet also not far at all. The fireplace was as expected and I was so happy to have the elevator working since this place was on the fifth floor. That being said, the place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. “The room was very nice, we enjoyed our stay. The location was nice because we were close to everything we were wanting to do. Gatlinburg was close and thw traffic was low which is a big plus. There were many good places to eat in the area or just minutes away. i would recommend this stay for anyone.”

“Location is ideal and convenient. BUT the bed linens were nasty. Both beds had dirty sheets, with hair (including pubic) and dirty spots on them. We stayed 5 nights and there wasn’t enough towels/washcloths provided (4 each). We had to wash them during our stay to have enough, which was not ideal while on a vacation. Needless to say this wasn’t a very pleasant time with all things considered. ”
