“I can see why they will not refund your money. The rooms are very small and the floors creak terrible. They even know this by the sign walking in asking you to walk softly. Walls are paper thin and you can hear others talking. I feel like my money was stolen. From the conversation I heard from other guests while looking at the room we are not the only ones disappointed with the room. I might be wasting my time writing all this since Heather from the property management was deaf to any complaints...

“The cabin is tucked into a beautiful, quiet setting with little to no traffic. We had 11 adults and we were all comfortable with plenty of space. The amenities were as described and the hot tub was a hit! As a whole group, the only complaint was the comfort of the beds. All of them were relatively creaky and uncomfortable, but for a couple nights they were fine. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the house!”

“This house is centrally located in Townsend and easy to access. We were able to enjoy morning hikes or trips into Cades Cove, and return to the cabin for lunch before starting our next adventure. The cabin is a small studio, but more than enough room for a couple. We have stayed at the blue door with family and now the green door just myself and my husband and couldn’t be happier with both. A little bit more storage place would be a plus, but it’s great as it is! We’ve already recommended this...

“Adorable cabin, very peaceful! Worked great for two couples. Loved the screened in porch, ate all our meals out there! Garage was great to put our motorcycles in at night! Nicely stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Enjoyed playing bags in the cul de sac and board games on rainy nights.”
