“Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

“Room was not clean. Asked for clean sheets after finding hair and makeup on them and they switched us to another room but that room was even worse. This hotel was so gross, I gathered my stuff and left. Paid for another hotel to sleep in peace and cleanliness. I would not recomend.”

“The property was ideally located for our needs. We were in town for the USA Judo Nationals and it was held at The Podium, which was walking distance from the Centennial Hotel. The Riverfront Park, located across the street from the Centennial, was also a pleasant place for walking and entertaining our children. Rooms were decently sized and we were lucky enough to have a room with a beautiful view of the Riverfront Park and the Podium. There were also several options to enjoy restaurants that...

“First of all they advertise they have their own parking lot. While they do, it fits probably only around 15 vehicles and only if they’re compact size. Secondly, I sent a special request that we be able to have a room near the entrance and without stairs since we were there for my husband to have double eye surgery. No one ever contacted me to tell me that we may have to park in a parking garage and then walk to the hotel or tell me the only way to get to our room was up a flight of stairs. ...

“Hotel was tidy and comfortable. Lobby has lots of nooks to sit in with TV's and space for you and your friends. Hotel bistro was way over priced! Staff were all very nice and accommodating.”

“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”
