Trevligt hotell med fantastisk trevlig personal. Hotellets poolområde är otroligt fint och avkopplande.

Okej hotel
It´s ok, the poolarea was good for us but it´s only 4 sunbeds there. Nothing to do in Townsville, boring city. But they had an expensive juicebar ha ha ha

Thanks for your review. Sorry we didn't see you on the weekend - our weekend hours are 10am - 5pm, and we are always available via phone, in case we are elsewhere on the property (but not in the office)

It was ok, but the price rise, for the last two nights,was a massive increase and the motel,was definitely not worth $470 a night

Receptionist was lovely especially considering I arrived 5 minutes before the doors were due to close. Easy walk to get food and/or shop at Woolworths. Clean.

Family room was great! Our kids loved the bunk beds. Super helpful staff. Very clean. The pool is amazing and really is an Oasis in the city. Would 10/10 recommend to families travelling with younger kids.

Lovely clean room which was in a great location and really good value for money. We had a late check in but the process for collecting our room key was really good and clear instructions were left for accessing our room (which was much appreciated as we arrived in the dark!) - overall great stay

The amenities were great, staff were helpful. The room was big enough for two adults and 3 teenagers and the beds were really comfy. We ran out of toilet paper and tissues, only one roll supplied. I had to run to the chemist for more as no staff around to help. Otherwise a great short stay and would happily stay again. Many thanks
