“This was our first stay at River Edge Inn. We were especially impressed with the exceptional staff. Thru were all very friendly and extremely helpful! We noticed there was no cold water in our shower. They sent someone right away to check it. When it couldn’t be repaired right away they offered us another room & made the transition as smooth as possible. The rooms were very spacious. Everything was quite quiet. Breakfast was continental but all items were name brand. Many restaurants close by....

“Outstanding hotel! Enjoyed a 3 night stay this week and room was very clean, comfortable, quiet. Free breakfast was a pleasant surprise when the Expedia listing doesn’t show that as being offered. Parking was always easy too even at 10-11p. Location can’t be beat and I appreciated being at the start of town making the trip to Pigeon Forge for dinner every night super easy (Local Goat is A++++). “The property was a great location. The staff were all wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. Even, the resorts direct contact was great! I will say if you’re a light sleeper the rooms have the outside bright lights in them all night. It was my only dislike. It was like daylight in the room all night from the windows having no curtains in the double beds. I added one night on and I was able to get my keys to the new room before check out & did not have to wait. The team made a priority of it....
