“Great location God views of the golf course and countryside”

“I stayed 7 nights here, which by the sounds of it, is unusual. I get the impression that people normaly one or two night. Very friendly staff and for the first two days, was reminded to contact them if I needed anything. After the first two days, I didn't see any staff members to ask, but there was a phone number provided to call. The reception area was never manned. “The property was in a beautiful setting but the room was considerably smaller than the photos and it wasn’t clear that the downstairs room didn’t have cooking facilities. You could also hear the neighbours above and at the side, and I assume they could hear us.”

“Set in the quiet countryside, access is down a private drive leading to a secure carpark in front of the main building. The staff were very welcoming and the food served was very nice. Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed our weekend”

“Great solo traveller experience. Room was as described, basic but perfect for an easy york stay. Clean facilities. Cleaners are abit loud in the morning. Good location with a bus route outside the entrance. Plenty of parking and good security. Will stay again.”
