It consists of: open space living room with kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, lake view balcony and shared garden. Located in a residential area, on the first floor, finely renovated and tastefully furnished. GIOIA DEL LAGO is on one floor and consists of: a large and bright living area complete with TV area and a tastefully and traditionally furnished kitchen. It has a balcony with a beautiful lake view.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, all tastefully furnished. There are 2 complete bathrooms with shower, one of which is located in the master bedroom. Out of the bathroom there is also a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

The flat, which can accommodate up to 6 people, has wi-fi internet signal throughout the house, but no air conditioning. However, fans will be available for guests.ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGGIOIA DEL LAGO can only be reached on foot, walking along a pedestrian path inside the village. We recommend the use of a car as free parking spaces are always available 200 metres from the flat. The flat is on the first floor of a detached house and is internally arranged on one floor.TREMEZZO & SURROUNDINGSGIOIA DEL LAGO is located in Bolvedro in the municipality of Tremezzo, a charming and renowned town on the western shore of Lake Como. Its panoramic position offers spectacular views of the lake and surrounding mountains, making it an ideal destination for tourists wishing to discover the natural and historical beauty of the area. The nearest village is Tremezzo, 1.5 km away. One of its most famous features is Villa Carlotta, one of the most famous villas on Lake Como. The village of Tremezzo has a quiet and picturesque atmosphere, with narrow streets, quiet little squares and houses in the warm colours typical of Lombard architecture. The lakeside promenade is ideal for strolling, with spectacular views of Lake Como, the mountains and the historic villas dotting the shoreline. Tremezzo is also famous for its gastronomic traditions, with local restaurants and trattorias offering typical Lombard dishes. It is also an ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding mountains and enjoying breathtaking views. The area offers several hiking trails, including the famous Lake Como Greenway, leading to panoramic viewpoints from which to admire Lake Como in all its beauty.

In the centre of Tremezzo, 1.5 km away, there are bars, restaurants, grocery stores and a pharmacy. Please note that the nearest super market is called Sigma, in the village of Lenno, 3 km away.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest considering alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

There is a bus stop 500 metres from the flat, while for the boat you have to reach the stop in Piazza Trieste in Tremezzo, which is 1.5 km away. We recommend the use of a car as free parking spaces are always available 200 metres from the flat. Easily accessible from the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour\'s drive away.
