“The house was exactly as described. We had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and just meeting places. It was very hot during our stay and we were very happy for the pool, which was very nice as well as the ice maker. I do have to say there was a rooster that was up at 5:15am every morning. My grandson loved feeding the donkeys. Nicoletta and Giovanni were exceptional. ”

“Pros: The views from the pool and the dining area are amazing. Cons: If you are staying here you definateley need to have a car, the welcome pack gives taxi numbers that do not answer mostly and when they do they are busy. Taxi service is basically none existent in Toscolano Maderno. Having this information prior to arriving would have made us better prepared with our travel plans.”

“The villa is superb and communication from the host was brilliant. The only thing that would stop us returning is the proximity to the main road. You get used to it however for the cost we paid we didn’t expect that and the first weekend there was a car enthusiasts meeting nearby so the noise was even more noticeable. “We stayed here as a group of 10 and it was perfect for us. There was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable, and to gather in to spend time together. The house was spotless and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The beds were comfortable, linens were fresh and plentiful. It felt like we were in a luxury hotel! The views and outdoor space were unbeatable. The pool and outdoor lounge chairs, overlooking the lake, provided such a relaxing atmosphere to relax and recharge....
