“Both elevators were broken & we were not able to get to our room for over 2 hours due to construction & the stairs not being able to be used. We had to wait to be escorted through a service elevator anytime we went to or left our room. It was a terrible experience”

“Wonderful Stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Melville – Highly Recommend! My sister, spouse, and I had a fantastic experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Melville! The rooms were exactly as pictured on Expedia, and the pool was just as the staff described. The service was excellent across the board, from the front desk and bar staff to the concierge. Everyone helped make our stay memorable. I also booked a room over the weekend for my sister and nieces, and they absolutely enjoyed the campfire...

“Clean nice place and friendly staff. Highly recommended.”

“Very clean nd new hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.”

“Mitt rum var rent och fräscht och personalen väldigt hjälpsam.”

“Ren och prydligt hotell. Bra frukost. Det som var mindre bra, dåligt med hiss kapacitet, långa väntetider. Ont om parkeringsplatser, särskilt på helgen. Skulle önska en resturang på ett sådant stort hotell ”

“I did not like the fact that the hot tub was closed and that the pool was being used for swim classes with kids so the hotel guest could not enjoy the pool or the hot tub fully, which is why I booked this hotel very disappointed”
