“Hotel did not want to use app based taxi. I booked one taxi they did not allow to enter the property our luggage .I booked a taxi for much cheaper than hotel quotes price. Two drivers told me hotel wants to use their authorized taxis. Lift stuck for 15 minutes and had to take stairs. Electric power was off more often. Buffet had very limited food choices. We will never again stay at this hotel.”

“I stayed here one night with my family. The day we arrived we got lost on the way and when we tried to call the resort no one picked up for a long time. When we reached finally they said the kitchen is close and there was absolutely no way they could arrange food for us. I was with my parents and we were hoping to get something to eat as it was very late in the night. The way to the resort is also not great. “I booked this place for my parents. When they reached there, they found the washrooms smelly. Staff was also not very friendly. I would say, the price is too high for the services they are providing. My parents couldn't stay there. They left the place and found another cheaper hotel.”

“Upon arrival we were check-in in on a timely manner. The front desk manager, was great! she was very nice. She went through sights to see, taxi options, etc as we only had one might and a 1/2 day in Dwarka. The hotel facilities are very clean and accommodating. Our room was in the new wing, which was excellent, no complaints! ”
