“I really liked the hotel. The staff at the front desk was helpful however i never had my safe working in my room yet they told me that it would be fixed. The housekeeping was constantly bringing towels that i didn't need. At 10:30 the day of my checkout i was interrupted on a conference call from a housekeeper who was asking me if i needed towels? Then she knocked again a half hour later asking me when i was i was leaving. Really BAD This hotel needs better customer service. ”

“Hi, We stayed at The Tides for a long weekend in May 2024. The room was super clean, the amenities were great, allowed us to mix restaurants and home food. The supermarket is about 15 mins walk from The Tides, and you also have the option to use the onsite bicycles for free. Turks and Caicos weather was awesome, people are nice, patient, and we personally need to thank Brenda for all her help, she was super nice and made us feel home. Will definitely go back to Turks, and stay at The Tides...

“What a great place to relax! We made a last minute decision to take a quick few days away to celebrate our anniversary. Our host Lisa contacted us before we even left the US to give us some arrival details, which was very helpful.
