“I recently stayed at the Ramada in Kamloops and had a really great experience. The staff were absolutely wonderful super friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. “A rough start when we found a former guests left overs in the fridge, the half eaten plate just covered with a paper plate.. We asked a member of the cleaning staff out in the hall to take care of it, which he promptly did, and a few minutes later his supervisor knocked on the door, wanting to make sure it was all cleaned out and very apologetically insured us that he would speak to a manager to have us compensated for the trouble. “The resort and lake was amazing. Lots to do and having the bar & restaurant option was a bonus. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would have liked the jacuzzi in working order on the first two days when it rained but the other amenities made up for it. Road is bumpy and steep in places so I would recommend SUVs or trucks not our sedan. We will be back!”
