“Bed was comfortable and design was very cozy. On Saturday night the street does get pretty loud, however if you can get used to it or are tired enough it shouldn't affect your sleep. Overall enjoyed my stay and would go back. They also accommodated my room change very quickly and seamlessly.”

“Bra beläget hotel men det är allt. Rummen var smutsiga och fönsterna gick knappt att se igenom. Badrummet var fräscht och likaså sängen var bekväm. Det finns mycket att förbättra med detta hotell. Jag utgick från betygsättningen och har i efterhand svårt att förstå hur hotellet haft så högt betyg. Bemötande av gäster som ska checka in är under all kritik. Inte ens ett hej och välkommen utan bara ett ”name”. Hade servicen varit bra hade man kunnat tänka sig att man hade kunnat ha överseende...

“Nice hotel in a perfect location. Spacious room for a family of four. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and waterfront. A bit tricky to find the location by car, since the GPS showed us the way to the underground of the hotel.”

“It was Amazing problem when it was time to check in and out two charges were put on our cards it Supposed been splits between 3 people charge each individual card ”

“Väldigt fint hotell. Super sköna sängar. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. God och riklig frukost. Känns som ett affärshotell men även okej för barnfamilj. Stora och luftiga utrymmen. Väldigt rent och fräscht. Dyr liten shop vid servicedisken. Gratis internet enbart för medlemmar, annars 10$. Bekväm shuttle service, obs kolla med chauffören att du väljer rätt då det tydligen finns flera Sheraton dit de åker. ”

“We really loved the room and the staff. Really weird thing is not having a restaurant small store for things. The only restaurant was a sushi restaurant??”

“De ville ha en deposition på 50 dollar, trist. Restaurangen var stängd finns Mc Donalds nära, liksom kvällsöppen affär över gatan. Fint rum.”

“Billigt och shuttle till Ohare. Shuttlebusen saknade säkerhetsbälten.”

“Good airport hotel with a nice small breakfast buffet included.”

“Easy check-in, comfy bed with lots of pillows, good space in the room. Large bathroom. Decent water flow in shower (not weak, not strong). Good lighting in room. Could hear people in adjacent rooms pretty clearly, so be conscious of what you are saying (or doing ;-)) ”
