“The hotel overall needs deep cleaning (dust in the corners, dirty carpet, dirty walls) and is out dated (chairs in the restaurant are all peeling from wear and tear and looks horrible and furniture in the rooms are outdated as well). There is no breakfast buffet as advertised and the restaurant is not open during dinner hours and you will have to eat/order from the bar area and they do not cater to the full menu that is shown in the elevators. Parking is either self-parking of $40+ a day with no...

“The staff were all amazing and so helpful. Stern was exceptional. He made our 2 evening's very fun and he was very informative about local things to do. We were told to try an amazing Italian Restaurant and given exact directions to get to every where we wanted to go. The location is in a nice and safe area. The bed was sooo comfy and the noise level in our room was very minimal compared to other places we have stayed. Great job!!!!!! We will stay here again!”

“The hotel front desk staff was amazing. Their free shuttle is pretty great, too!
The restaurant, Eliza, was great and super allergy friendly. Although very understaffed which wasn’t their fault.
But let’s talk about what was wrong. As soon as we entered our room we noticed it didn’t seem super clean. My child lifted the couch cushion to make his bed (the pull out bed) and it was full of beer bottle lids. We called the front desk, they sent someone who didn ’t speak English to make the bed and...
