When we complained to front desk, the maintenance man said he knew about lack of heat in that room. He said, and I paraphrase, “ I did what (name)said to do yesterday, but it didn’t work.”.
So, someone knew room was uninhabitable , but it was rented anyway. Terrible breach of good business practice.
Front desk re-funded us 10%. What a farce.
With such an essential aspect of the room being so deficient, all other issues are irrelevant.”
