“Nice place in the perfect location to enjoy all Jonesborough has to offer. Place is an even larger space than appears in photos. Owner is very responsive. Only possible con, as a couple other reviews mentioned, the mattress is too soft approaching uncomfortable.”

“Everything you need and so much better than a hotel room. The studio is so charming and well appointed. It’s a large comfortable space so you definitely don’t feel cramped. Communication with the property owners was top tier. They knew we’d be arriving late and made sure to leave lights on for us. It was easy to find and in a nice safe area. The bed was comfy, kitchenette has all the necessities, including coffee, tea, bottled water and even a variety of small treats for us as well as our dogs....

“John and Mel have created a cozy space to relax and recharge! Bristol was beautiful and we were able to get in a 20 mile bike ride on the Creeper Trail which was so beautiful!”

But for the amount of money we paid it was pretty much a hole in the wall place and we wondered what we were pulling up to when we showed up... They were boards on the walls outside but it was super nice on the inside and had lots of extra features but not exactly what we expected.”
