“Die gesamte Anlage ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber unsere Wohnung war sehr liebevoll neu eingerichtet und die Lage ist wirklich toll. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und fast alle sprechen auch englisch. Die Zufahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich ”

“I arrived in the evening to a door that would not open and proceeded to spend 20 minutes unsuccessfully trying to get in the apartment. I finally went downstairs to locate an emergency contact number. Every subsequent time I would try to enter the apartment, it was a 5 minute struggle with the door. I am certainly not the first or only person with this issue yet the host had not properly prepared to include instructions and contingencies in their arrival information. “I booked this based on amazing reviews but as soon as the booking process started i noticed something was clearly off when they started asking for photos of passport before the actual check in, later you get instructions that can only resemble a game of Escape Room in order to enter the premisis.
Not to mention to pay tax 4€ they expect you to do an Iban transfer , they didnt bother to send a payment link or meeting you at any point ”
