“This house was everything we expected and more. It had terrific ocean views, very easy beach access, clean linens, many cooking supplies, and a nice grill and outdoor patio. The host was available, but gave us our privacy. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. Pro tip: A good restaurant, called the Moonstone Grill, is across the street. Make a reservation on Open Tables and walk over.”

“The property was listed with photos of coast cliff, beach dinner, and sunset beach walk! But none of these are part of the ADU! We are booking based on the coast property that can see the ocean or bay but it ends up with a non-refundable booking within the town of a busy street. Traffic noise in night time and early morning. Bed is so soft. For the same price, we were picking between an ocean facing hotel and the “cliff+beach side” ADU. Big mistakes! Host should remove those three unrelated...

“Stayed in this lovely studio for two nights, while exploring the area.Such a comfortable stay, everything we needed to enjoy our trip to Humboldt.Location was great, easy walking around the town of Arcata and to the Marshes.Having the Co-op nearby was a big bonus. Even though we were there Friday and Saturday the place was wonderfully peaceful.The studio is thoughtfully decorated, and we were glad of the fan during the warm spell. Amy was a wonderful and attentive host.Will definitely be back!”
