“Good location to restaurants and attractions. Easy check in. Good response time to communications. Several bath linens were dirty, poorly cleaned. Was greeted by a dehumidifier by the nightstand and 70% humidity in the house. Had to empty the dehumidifier 4x, 1 gallon each time, during our 2 night stay, to keep the humidity at bay. Nice place but didn’t expect doing maintenance during our stay.”

“This is a place I will definitely make an effort to stay at again! Not only is this a beautiful home with a beautiful view, but the hosts were amazing! Any time I messaged them I received a response within minutes! The house was clean and well stocked with pretty much everything you will need. ”

“Nice place! Be advised that the running water there is murky, and no water bottles are provided, so you’ll want to bring your own drinking water. The provided dog poop bags also tear easily, so youll want to bring those along too. Was very clean when we arrived and check-in went smoothly!”

“This precious house made you feel like your were home..we enjoyed our stay very much!”

“We loved it. Hot tub was an added bonus. A very special location.”

“I enjoyed this as a one-person rental. It does technically sleep as many as five, but it would not be comfortable to do any “hanging out” indoors with five. The couch only seats two. It is on the same property as a larger home and would be great as extra beds or privacy for that home. It’s a creative tiny house. It was very peaceful and quiet. The outdoor space was charming, but check to be sure the cushions in the furniture have dried out before you expect to use them. The road and driveway are...

“It was better than photos and host went above and beyond to create such a great experience!”

“Great place! Well stocked and the hosts were great”

“This was the perfect little place for our family getaway! We are from Florida so we absolutely loved the location, wasn't hard to get to and had so many things to do around the house and surrounding towns. The host were amazing and always very responsive and since it was 4th of July weekend also sent numerous special activities the local town were throwing. We also loved that they are pet-friendly, and they made it easy and carefree to bring our furbaby with us! Cant forget to also mention the...

“It is real "secluded" if you like mountain view and life. You can enjoy the peace, and fresh air. When the tempreture at Fort Woth, TX over 100, here is just 83 or so. Nice place to have a vacation.”

“Our cottage had an issue with a broken air conditioning system, but the host was on top of it and had three large “in room “ a/c units going before we arrived. Unique Stays representative was responsive to questions and a maintenance tech came by to check on a/c units the evening of our arrival. Very clean and comfortable property with like new fit and finish. Parking was ample with space to turn around. Enjoyed our stay very much much.”

“Beautiful property! Very easy check in!”

“The home is a little dated but bathrooms and kitchen were updated and clean overall a good experience.”

“This property exceeded our expectations in every way!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was wonderful, and we especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. The only suggestion we have for improvement would be the outdoor seating. The porch would be even more enjoyable with a few rocking chairs and additional outdoor seating so guests can fully relax and spend more time outside. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.”
