âEtt helt enastĂ„ende hotell. Chinton i receptionen vĂ€lkomnade oss och checkade in oss tidigare. Han gav oss en pĂ„se med 2 vattenflaskor och 2 pĂ„sar chips. Rummet var stort och rymligt och rent. Det fanns allt dĂ€r, bra wifi, tv med mĂ„nga kanaler, kylskĂ„p, frys, tandborstar, rakgrejor, lotion, schampo, tvĂ„l, bra dusch i badkar. Frukosten var vĂ€ldigt bra med Ă€ggröra, korvar, stekt majs,burritos, röstinspelning, yoghurt, juicer, och gott kaffe. Chinton ville ge oss vattenflaskor, nĂ€r vi Ă„kte ocksĂ„....

âFirstly, the staff was fantastic! Starting with the valet Jessie, the front desk staff, Sarah the bartender and Andrew the maitre d, all were extremely friendly and enthusiastic! The property was beautiful and comfortable and would highly recommend to anyone. Canât wait to go back!â

âA descent hotel, we only stayed one night.
The room didnât have a sealing light which made it very dark in the room. The carpet was good, it didnât feel as filthy as the other hotels weâve been to. But still need to be renovated, very outdated furniture. â

âWe arrived early and intended to just leave our bags there while we did other things, but were able to check into our room. The room was sparkling clean and the beds comfortable. I asked for an extra blanket and got one immediately. Our tv didn't work and were offered to move to another room. We were only there for 2 nights so decided to stay in the room. We were told someone came in to fix the tv. but could tell they never really did. Management and rest of staff went above and beyond to make...

âHotel Granduca was as lovely as allways. The quite and lovely poolarea and the restaurant is really different from other hotels we have visited. The rooms are big and luxurious but the best thing with Granduca is the staff, totally outstanding! We will allways stay here when returning to Houston.

âMy only complaint was the bed. I was going to complain about the bed being hard but once my husband came to bed he said it was hard I knew it wasnât me and went to sleep on the couch. Everything else was good just not a good night of rest â
