They had to switch rooms, and got a smaller room that our reservation. We asked for some sort of compensation for this major inconvenience (just for my cousin, not for me), and hotel said they couldn’t comp us breakfast because we paid thru Expedia but they would be in touch. “Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Emanuel and Joana’s home! The house was exactly what we needed, a peaceful and sunny getaway to relax, enjoy the beach, and recharge as a family. Everything went smoothly, and we’re so grateful for the warm hospitality and support throughout our stay. The property was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located.
