“This was my third time at this property. It has been wonderful every time. Located in a quiet part of town, with a nice view of the surrounding landscape. Comfortable bed and very clean. Just be aware there isn't a full kitchen, but the listing makes that clear. I will definitely be back.”

The views from the house are stellar, it's easy driving to many hikes in the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, and just a 10 minute drive into the town of Escalante. While it's close to Route 12, you can't hear any traffic from inside the house and there aren't any nearby neighbors.
