Personalen pĂ„ hotellet Ă€r oerhört serviceminded, i denna kategori Ă€r hotellet femstjĂ€rnigt!! Frukosten Ă€r inte den största, men hĂ„ller vĂ€ldigt hög klass. Den enda nackdelen med hotellet Ă€r stadens central busstation som ligger precis sidan om. VĂ€ldigt irriterande ljud dygnets flesta timmar, bussarna stĂ„r oftast igĂ„ng med AC:n vilket lĂ„ter vĂ€ldigt...
âWe stayed here for 4 nights and we enjoyed it a lot. The hotel is new and modern, an elegant place. It is situated minutes away from old town and by the sea. In the other direction was a beach 10-15 minutes walk.
Especially we enjoyed the rooftop with a pool, sun beds and a bar. As itâs a small hotel we found it very relaxing to stay here.
The breakfast was good, also typical Greece options.
The staff were so friendly and helpful.â
âWe couldnât ask for more, the location, the staff, the cleanliness, the condition of the building. Everything was perfect. The rooms offers everything you need. The staff is so helpful especially Dimitris, he has been so helpful even before we arrived, theres nothing we can complain about. â

âBeautiful historical building in the heart of old town, venetian harbor in Chania! Luxury interior, very friendly stuff, high level of service! I highly recommend this place! â
âWe are really pleased with our visit. It gave us a feeling of luxury. Nice breakfast, little different with no buffet, but the basket in the morning was really thought thru. Would defenetly stay here again.â
âThis was the best hotel me and my husband have been staying in, it was so fresh and cozy. Everything from the staff, to cleaning, to the food, the interior and exterior was great.
The breakfast was excellent and had a verity of everything, they also changed some of the things from day to day so it wasnât always the same. They cleaned the rooms and changed towels everyday.
The location of the hotel was really central, you could get to the beach by 15min walk and to the old town by 5min walk....

"Absolutely one of the best places I have stayed in.
Summary of my personal views.
+ Fresh breakfast with nice morning and sea views.
+ I appreciated the parking space and possibilities to park there.
+ Fantastic views from the hotel regardless where you are located.
+ Amanda gave us fantastic recommendations what to do around the hotel and places worth visiting. Absolutely recommend Marathi and Seitan beach, including Stravos beach, great mix of restaurants after hanging on the beach.
-Outstanding SPA services, thanks to the team.
+ Good gym facility
- Room service needs some improvement as I was told I canât order to food to my room.
- if you want to eat after 22:00 no food is available which is bit confusing because we landed very late. You have to order outside of the hotel which we did not knew.
- it is bite annoying that you canât take charges on the room number. You have to pay onsite all the times. I would preferred to pay on the room and pay afterward. "
"Stort och fint hotell med flera restauranger att vĂ€lja pĂ„. Barnklubben var riktigt usel dock med personal som sĂ„g ut att lĂ€ngta dĂ€rifrĂ„n. Barn kutade runt och lekte vĂ„ldsamt medan personalen mest satt och tittade i sina telefoner. Hade aldrig lĂ€mnat mitt barn sjĂ€lv med âledarnaâ
Samma personal hade minidisco varje kvÀll vilket var plÄgsamt dÄligt med noll inspiration frÄn deras sida. De gjorde inga större försök att fÄ med barnen eller engagera sig. Samma danser och lÄtar varje kvÀll.. jag förstÄr att dem var uttrÄkade. "
