"Staff was friendly and check in was easy. Atmosphere was really awesome. Loved the rooms. Beds were comfortable and everything in the room was clean and organized. We did not use the waterpark, as we were only there for an overnite stay, but I was very pleased and would book here again."

"We stayed at this hotel once before, several years back. Hotel staff was very friendly, but the room was not as clean as we expected. The carpet was quite dirty and worn. The biggest worry we had, was there were extension outlets plugs. There were not enough outlets to accommodate our phone chargers ..."

"We absolutely loved The Pointe. It was clean and stocked with kitchen items to make our own meals. The decor was woodsy and cozy, and the whole place was well maintained. The balcony overlooked the water and it was mostly calm and serene. We were there for a baseball tournament and the other parents ..."
