“The room was quiet and the HVAC unit only went on when needed, which is better than some other hotels. The mattress however felt like it should have been replaced 40 years ago. It was not a comfortable sleep. The security latch on the door was broken and there was no do not disturb sign in the room and we had to ask for one. “First room we were given had roaches in the phone and coming out of the crack in the ceiling above the shower. Next room we were given was obviously just cleaned. Was told it was a non-smokering room but there was smoke stains on the walls and doors. Cigarette burns all over the bed sheets and blanket. When asked for an extra blanket, was told that they would bring it to our room if they had an extra one, never came. ”
