“Clean and comfortable house with lots of character 15 minutes away from Jimini Peak. Watch your head on the stairs and beware of a few ladybugs. Family of 5 had a great weekend hiking, skiing, eating and drinking. Would rent again.”

“We enjoyed this house a short distance from RPI. Definitely walkable, although we ended up driving. Kitchen had lots of small appliances and everything needed for cooking. Host was extremely easy to communicate with. Bedroom are upstairs, family areas downstairs. We will be back!”

“The owner has obviously really taken her time with and enjoyed the process of setting this cottage up for guests. Everything was so nice that my kids were ready to miss in! Beds are super comfy (even the futon!), plenty of towels, nice toiletries, etc. Really excellent. Looking forward to returning.”

“The house was the perfect size for our large family gathering and Sergio went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Seems like the cleaning staff might have taken significant short cuts before we arrived because some of the floors were dirty, towels and lint left in the clothes dryer and upstairs bedroom not cleaned of trash. Sergio offered to have cleaning staff come the next day but it would not have been convenient for us. All in all, a great house for large groups, very...
