“AC/heat unit was loud when running and the floors were dirty upon checkin, one pass through the small property turned white socks brown. But otherwise a nice option for a quick ski trip! We were grateful the water was hot for showers and there was ample space for all our gear.”

“Check-in was fine. Outside temp was 86 degrees when we arrived. It was hot inside the unit. The listing stated a/c and washer & dryer. The only a/c was a portable a/c unit in the bedroom that was turned off. “If you want to stay somewhere you can find peace this isn’t the place When my wife found someone had left a stain on sheets she asked me to remove them and I had found the mattress cover stained with two pee stains on it and took a picture of it After three days of fighting and noise above us we decided to cut our trip short and go home No one really cleans this place at all. If they had cleaned the place and made the bed they would see that the mattress cover they used had been pissed on by...

“This was the second time we stayed here. It is a great option for our group of five a dog. It is clean, well appointed, and the location is great, walking distance to the most happening area of South Lake. Also Rob is super responsive.”
