We visited over Labor Day weekend and enjoyed exploring the local area, including Pigsah National Forest, DuPont State Forest, Hendersonville Apple Festival, and Brevard shops and restaurants. “We have stayed at some amazing VRBO’s but this place is now at the top of our list. The photos alone make you want to stay here but seeing it in real life is even better. Saw deer and turkey cross the driveway every night. The owners did an incredible job building and furnishing this place!”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean and cozy, had everything we needed, was close to good restaurants and in a quiet location. The lake is amazing, we loved sitting on the dock at night talking and fishing, kayaked every day. We caught catfish, large mouth and small mouth bass, and blue gill. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. ”

Lots of attention to little details. Awesome fire pit with plenty of wood and everything to get it started, smores stuff, comfy bed, great porches and outdoor areas, really just a perfect cozy little space. Careful on the driveway if you have a low car but you can make it! ”
