“Bokade ”Superior room” till högre kostnad men rummet var otroligt smutsigt och ostädat. Smutsiga lakan i sängen, jätte smutsigt gammalt täcke. Badrummet var otroligt ofräscht med rostiga hyllor, trasigt golv mm. Bad personalen byta lakan medans vi gick iväg en sväng men inget var gjort när vi kom tillbaka. Bytte hotell direkt för att slippa sova i det rummet, trots att rummet redan var betalt. ”
