“The staff were excellent. The room was clean. We had the mountain view and the view was gorgeous. They have a nice restaurant and an excellent complimentary breakfast. A problem we had was the room became cold in the evenings/nights. Because of the central HVAC, we could not set our thermostat to heat. The hotel property was clean, however the area around the property was not very clean. The hotel is very close to the Dalai Lama temple. Overall, we had a wonderful time in the hotel. ”

“Bokade ”Superior room” till högre kostnad men rummet var otroligt smutsigt och ostädat. Smutsiga lakan i sängen, jätte smutsigt gammalt täcke. Badrummet var otroligt ofräscht med rostiga hyllor, trasigt golv mm. Bad personalen byta lakan medans vi gick iväg en sväng men inget var gjort när vi kom tillbaka.
