"Great Hotel near Narita Airport with shuttle busses that go to the airport and to the malls. Big rooms with good air conditioning. Wonderful service and staff, especially the Chief Concierge Mr. Seki who helped us with our luggage problem. Highly recommend this hotel."

"I can highly recommen this for the first or last nitght stay in Japan because Narita IS far away from the city of Tokyo. This hotel has had it's glory days and it isn't as nice as in the pictures but the stuff at then counter speaks english, they have the airpoirt transfer (so nice) and it's ok for the money. "
