“Comfortable hotel right by the train station, nice view from the room of the city, friendly staff. The hotel is in a really good location. Only downside is they charge for parking.”

“Very cute Ryokan hotel. We booked a Japanese style room including dinner and breakfast, food was very tasty if you like traditional Japanese food. If you prefer other cuisines you might opt for booking a room that doesn’t have food included. Staff is very friendly! We booked private onsen and that was also very nice. “We stayed one night at this onsen during our two week holiday throughout Japan. The service was second to none (except that they had no lunch to offer upon arrival, so don´t arrive hungry). We had a japanese style room with bath on the balcony and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, which is really to recommend as the japanese style bath on the 7th floor is public and separated by men and women (in line with japanese bathing tradition). “色々な意見が若干不安を覚えつつ宿泊しましたが、また泊まりに行きたいと思えるお宿でした！ 良かった点 ★スタッフの方が外国の方でも日本の方でも私は満足のいく接客でした ★お風呂の温度が子供でもちょうどよく入れる温度でした。 ★有料の貸切風呂にお水とタオルがセットされていました。 ★食事の際にアルコールが飲めない人でも楽しめる美味しいお茶がや飲みのもの種類が豊富でした。 ★部屋のシャワーの水圧が強かったです。 ★洗面所の鏡が大きく取り合うことなく使えました。 ★部屋にヘアアイロンがありました。 ★ティッシュの替えが置いてありました。 少し残念だった点 ★部屋のフロントへ繋ぐ電話が使えませんでした。 ★貸切風呂のエアコンの調子が悪いのかずっと冷風で寒かったです。 ★お部屋のトイレのウォシュレットや便座の温度をこちらで調節したかったです。 私としては概ね満足のいくお宿でぜひもう一度泊まりたいと思いました！”
