Motell i Tsuwaji Island

“Ample space maybe because I stayed in the most expensive room.”

“This was one step up from a brothel. Rooms available by the hour. Adult toys fixed in the room for use. Cleaning was not a forethought. Stains and patches on the floor uncleaned. I ordered a non smoking room, it reeked of smoke, but I suppose I should be thankful it covered up the other smells that might have been present. “Conveniently located close to Matsuyama Station, we were happy to stay one night at this hotel. Even though it may be old, it was very clean and the beds were the softest we experienced in Japan, which was good for our backs. The staff were so kind and placed our bags into our room before we checked in, so we did not have to lug them all the way there. One thing to be mindful of is that there was no working A/C in our room.”
