“The room was rather big. Comfortable beds. Quiet area. Staff was friendly, but almost no one spoke English. There is a big iron bars-door to open every time you leave or come. If you order breakfast box, don't think you will get anything to eat. Only crackers and a fruit. Also breakfast was not good. Juice was not fresh. You could only eat one toast per person. ”

“Rymliga rum i lugnt område!”

“So, I really enjoyed my stay despite being there only one night. Firstly, the staff were lovely, especially the young guy that checked me in. He walked me up to my room and let me in which is a lovely touch. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because unfortunately there were hairs in the bed, the sheets were stained a little (but clean) and the hand towel had holes in it. Also, the curtains were hanging down a bit, which is unfortunate as the rest of the room was great. The hot water in...

“For solo women travellers, the area the hotel is located in is very safe for walking. Its about 10min walk from the main attractions. The hotel has 24 hrs person in the reception area and they keep the lobby locked at all times (doorbell for access). Uber does come to this location and it's cheap (about 6 sols) to go to the plaza des arms if you don't feel like walking. If you are getting tours, they were able to pick up from this area but you would have to check with the specific...

“The staff were helpful and kindly let us store our bags while we explored the city. I also appreciated having hot water and learning that it’s heated with solar energy. A few things could be improved: the shower was only about five feet tall, so I couldn’t stand comfortably underneath it, and the grout needs a deep clean because it was discolored and had mildew. I also wish the staff spoke both Spanish and English, which would make communication easier for more guests. There didn’t seem to be...

“Great stay and staff.”

“Vilma is the biggest reason why you should choose this place to stay. She is warm, friendly, serviable and always there to help out with anything you'd need. She's super sweet and very kind. I loved staying here because it all feels very personal and you know you're helping out a family and not a big hotel chain. It just feels better :)”

“Otroligt vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummen var modena, rena och väldigt bekväma.”

“Personnelles aimable et serviable, propre, bon dejeuner”

“Very kind to offer airport transfer. The room have all you need and the bed were very comfortable. However the AC was loudly but you could open window/ balcony door and since the temperature was below 20 deg C it helped us indeed. The breakfast was very fresh and extensive opening hours generous. Big thanks to their gluten free assortment I would not worry about the location. If you want to go to the plaza it cost 15 soles single way with uber. Conclusion: I strongly recommend this...

“Transferring in Cusco, so was looking for a place close to the airport. 10 minutes by car. Safe and quiet community. Super friendly and helpful staff. Prepared me a fruit bowl and drinks since I left before the breakfast time.”

“One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff and accommodations were amazing. Highly recommended.”

“If that cold outside its cold in the room. No heater . Breakfast was bad.”

“Overall ok. However last night i had insect bites all over my arm while asleep. Don't know if they were fleas or bed bugs from the blankets. Also, we were allowed to use the kitchen, and we asked for permission before cooking. However, after we finished cooking, the host came to complain about the smell, which was a bit confusing since we had asked beforehand and were given permission to cook.”

“Great experience”

“Really close the airport, good breakfast and clean room .”
