Desert Hues - A Private & Spacious Retreat w/Pool

Enjoy a private & spacious retreat located in historic Sam Hughes. Sleeping 12, Desert Hues is a quiet retreat located walking distance to UA. Each space has been curated to be warm & welcoming while focusing on indoor/outdoor living & beautiful weather we're known for. Play all day in the private pool & hot tub, enjoy evening BBQs in the backyard with outdoor dining, fire pit, & bistro lights. Perfect for groups & families, we've designed this space with your enjoyment in mind.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Cozy organic cotton bedding welcomes you at the end of the day.

The Main Bedroom has a queen bed with private attached en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed for sleeping two.

Bedroom 3 is the largest bedroom and can sleep up to a family of four with a queen bed and two stacked twin beds to use if needed. This room also has a large closet and a view of the pool.

The main living room has a large double slider door to enjoy indoor outdoor living during the cooler months. This also provides direct access to the pool with plenty of seating and lounging possible for everyone. The couch converts to a queen sleeper for two.

Either of the two living rooms have space for the provided air mattress if you need to sleep a few more guests in the house.

Off of the second living area is the back patio with outdoor dining options, extra seating, a charcoal grill, and string lights to provide ample lighting.

Pets - We may allow pets on a case by case basis, please message us to see if we can accommodate.

Please note that all spaces in this listing are private and not shared, though Desert Hues is adjacent to Hues Casita which may be occupied during your stay. For reservations of 6 adults or more, please inquire to book the Casita. There is plenty of free street parking in front of the house.

Guest access
The house and backyard are private, however please note there is a detached casita that is a separate rental unit. The casita has a separate entrance and space. For reservations of 6 or more, please inquire to book the Casita. There is plenty of free street parking in front of the house.

Pool can be heated at your request. Heating fee of $30/day may be applicable.

Pets - We may allow pets on a case by case basis, please message us to see if we can accommodate.

If an unauthorized event occurs, a $500 fee will be charged. No parties or events are allowed.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we have a few house rules in place. Additional charges may apply in cases of excessive mess, damages, unauthorized guests, smoking, or pets not disclosed at booking. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
