“The location of this bright and cozy property was excellent. It was in such a walkable area-convenient to restaurants, downtown and Univ of Ariz. Access to the streetcar (free) was a block away, making downtown even easier to get to. We enjoyed the outside sitting area. Furnishings very comfortable.”

“Wonderful casita for a couple. It was clean, well equipped with the little kitchen perfect for making breakfast to be enjoyed outdoor in the little cactus garden. The living room area with a door is great if one of you is a night owl and the other likes to go to sleep early. Nice area, just far away from the busy street that takes you everywhere in Tucson to be quiet but still perfectly walkable. Highly recommend Tito and Pep restaurant just around the corner. “This was my second stay and enjoyed the views and the nice patio. The hosts who live up the driveway were friendly and responsive. Very clean and nice simple decor. There were no odors and linens unscented so it is quite nice for those who are sensitive to scents. The bed is very soft in firmness. It is in a nice neighborhood and quiet. The natural desert plants attract birds and are enjoyable to watch and listen to. I hope to return next year.”
