Cozy 2 bedroom Casita with private fenced in yard

Casa Cielo is a cozy adobe home built by our family in the 1940's. Recently renovated, this 2 bedroom, 1 bath has queen beds in each bedroom. There is an inflatable air mattress as well. The casita has a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
Casa Cielo offers easy access to I-10, Downtown Tucson, 4th Ave, Tucson's Annual Gem Show, and Gates Pass. The Santa Cruz Bike Loop is right across the street. The large fenced in yard offers a private, locked space for your car/RV/trailer.
The space
This casita is about 900 sq ft with 2 bedrooms, living room with smart TV, stereo and DVD player. There is a library of DVD's and games for fun family bonding nights. Separate dining room with table and galley kitchen. Kitchen offers all amenities including electric stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot.
Guest access
Guests will be provided with a code for the walk through gate and house. The key for the rolling gate and laundry room are located in the kitchen.

So clean & private

This was probably one of the cleanest VRBOs I’ve ever stayed at. We stayed here because we were working at the art festival on 4th ave and it was a convenient location from the area where we needed to be every day. Only a 4-5 min drive to downtown. The privacy fence/wall is a really nice feature, especially since the neighborhood seemed a bit run down. We had a small trailer we parked and felt very safe and tucked away from the main road which was exceptionally nice! This place is great, we would definitely stay here again. If we were to be super picky the cookware is all scratched up teflon. So if you’re planning on doing much cooking on the stove top, bring your own cookware! Other than that, the place was stocked up with plenty of towels, and amenities!

Short business and pleasure trip

An Ex-Tucson native, I return yearly for a very short business/pleasure trip. This small bungalow is located in Historic Barrio Hollywood very close to downtown and with easy access to the freeway making it very convenient. It was the perfect size for me and my adult daughter. I was able to see clients and maintain private with easy access through kitchen and had a comfortable waiting area in the living room. This is a very simple home, no over the top modern extras besides internet which worked great. The walls are very think and except for the Drumming ceremony in the park across the street the 1st night (free entertainment!) there was no issues with sound or any problems with the neighborhood. Only advisory to any prospectives - the lot is large one enclosed by a beautiful iron fence, but it is all gravel and rocks do tend to get stuck in the gate track if there are a lot cars going in and out!

Lovely accommodations, convenient location

This lovely adobe home was filled with beautiful furnishings and every thoughtful amenity you could image down to the skin moisturizer (it’s very dry there). The location in a rustic old neighborhood was close to downtown sites and across the street from the sweet Santa Cruz park (Bring your bike and hiking shoes for all the trails.)

Cute House in a Perfect location❤️

We recently moved to Tucson and stayed at this rental for 7 or so weeks while looking for our new house. The house is super cute and in a great location -walking distance to some of the best food. The host was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The welcome book showed us the best places to eat! And spot on. Like I mentioned, the location cannot be beat. Next to a park, bike paths, events, and um.. 23 miles of the best mexican food. The super cute house had everything we needed and we really likes the private yard (as we had a dog and trailer!) Would recommend for everyone!l coming to Tucson.

Great house and location, furnishings are terrible

We loved the location, yard and neighborhood (especially the nearby park) however the couches and larger bed were about as uncomfortable as you can imagine, leaving us with sleepless nights and back pain. We also were bummed too buy steaks only to find the grill didn’t work which was a complete pain in the rump. With better seating and a mattress and all aspects working, this place could be fantastic
