Downstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms: two cozy queen rooms and a fun bunk space that sleeps both kids and adults comfortably with a twin-over-full bunk plus an extra twin bed. Memory-foam mattresses, plush pillows, and thoughtful touches make every bedroom feel like a personal haven.

With three bathrooms, there’s no need to wait in line to freshen up. The primary ensuite boasts luxurious dual rainfall shower heads for a spa-like start to your day. ☆☆THINGS TO NOTE☆☆

- Parking: Feel free to use the two-car garage, paved or gravel driveway during your stay.

- Noise: We request guests to be conscious of noise levels outside between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. We have noise monitors on the property that will alert us to unacceptable levels of noise. Note, these cannot pick up spoken word, only decibel level. Please respect our neighbors as noise in the canyon can travel far.

- Pool Heating: To conserve energy and provide an eco-friendly experience, we only heat the pool by request, ensuring that you have the option to enjoy a warm pool during your stay. Please ask for a quote when inquiring about pool heating. The fee ranges between $60 and $100 per night, depending on weather/temperatures, to heat the pool to 85°F.
- Please note that pool heating may not be available in case of rain/snow or if daily temperatures average 59°F or below. When approved, pool heating is charged via a money request, with payment due 48 hours before check-in. This is to ensure there is enough time to heat the pool before your stay.
- While we aim to provide pool heating, unforeseen weather or equipment issues may render it unavailable during your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

- Pool Safety: Children must be attended in pool area at ALL times.

- Pool Maintenance: We have pool maintenance personnel come every Tuesday morning so please do not be alarmed by someone coming onto the property.

- Please consider adding trip insurance as we follow our moderate cancellation policy.

- Keep in mind we are out in nature so we do have critters try to join us. We have pest control come out regularly but please keep doors shut as much as possible.

- Your safety is important to us, and for that reason, we’ve installed a security cameras at the front of the property as well as smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers.

☆☆HOUSE RULES☆☆

- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. The property is managed admittance of guests in addition to the ones listed on the booking or throwing parties will results in immediate cancellation of your reservation with NO refund per VRBO and Property policies.
- No smoking
- No pets of any kind
- Self check-in with smart lock
- We maintain a no shoes house to keep our place ideal for all guests. All shoes must be taken off at entry.
- Guests not mentioned on the reservation must be approved for overnight stays by updating the reservation
- No mailing packages to the home.

The following Penalties will be applied for related incidents via a claim will with VRBO.
** Smoking in the home: $150
**Late Checkout Past 11am without our consent. $75
**Excessive Guests than reservation. $50 per guest per night.
**Excessive Cleaning if place is left filthy with trash everywhere. $150

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $300
