Brand New!! Welcome to our fully-furnished, 2180 ft(2) home that includes ALL utilities and high-speed internet. Located in the gated Los Saguaros community at Dove Mountain our home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, an RV garage, and a putting green in the back yard! And the views are spectacular. From the front of the house you will see the 8th Green of The Gallery South Golf Course with the Saguaro National Park West mountains in the background and from the back yard you'll find the 9th Tee with the Tortolita Mountains as your backdrop.

This is truly the perfect place to enjoy outdoor living and the Southwest lifestyle. In addition to the putting green you'll find a chipping green, an extended patio with table and chairs, a gas grill, and a 2nd patio to enjoy the golf course and Tortolita Mountain views. Don't forget your comfortable walking shoes for exploring the numerous hiking and birding trails in the area.

Inside you'll enjoy the photography of a variety of Arizona birds - all taken by the owners! The sparkling kitchen has white Corian countertops and stainless appliances, two ovens, a microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and a walk-in pantry. Just off the kitchen, laundry room features a large-capacity washer and dryer and a clothes steamer. The huge living area has beautiful porcelain tile flooring and a large sliding glass door that opens to the extended patio. From the two Italian leather couches you'll enjoy watching high-speed streaming TV or snuggling while watching colorful the flames in the wall-mounted electric fireplace. The adjoining farm-house style dining table has five comfy chairs and a large padded bench.

Towards the back of the house you'll find the master suite to be very large and quiet, with beautiful mountain views. His and her sink areas are both surrounded by white Corian countertops. The enclosed glass shower and a large walk-in closet will start your day with a smile. You'll also enjoy the wall-mounted television and a large comfy lounge/reading chair in the spacious suite. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds with woven leather headboards, lounge/reading chairs, and clothes storage in the closets.

Our home is smoke and pet free, and occupants are required to meet HOA requirements. We look forward to booking your next vacation!

House and garage were immaculate. Comfy beds. Kitchen was fully stocked with high end appliances. Close to some hiking trails. Quiet friendly neighborhood with children's park and pickleball courts a short drive away. Beautiful sunsets viewed from the end of the cul-de-sac and from the backyard. Hosts were easy to reach and communicate with. Grocery store about 15 minutes away.

Really nice home! Spent over two weeks here and really enjoyed the stay. The photos are spot‑on and the owner's detailed description in the listing is accurate . The house is upscale and essentially brand new. It’s tucked away in Dove Mountain in a really nice neighborhood, and is quiet and private. Beautiful scenery all around with easy access to outdoor activities. Nice grill and putting/chipping area in the back yard.The layout is open and works well - it's nicely furnished and comfortable. The master suite is spacious and relaxing with nice walk-in shower. The kitchen was first rate - all modern appliances and very well provisioned. The wifi was fast and reliable, and the TV setup was great for streaming. The host was responsive and accommodating. Monster RV garage for parking also a plus. No complaints at all. Overall this home is excellent.
