Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. You’ll also have use of the laundry area with washer and dryer, as well as the private backyard, which features seating and a grill for outdoor meals. Parking: Until further notice, please park in the driveway only – do not park on the street. The driveway can accommodate up to 2 vehicles. Enjoy access to the shared community swimming pool and hot tub.



The Neighborhood:

Located near some of Tucson’s best outdoor spaces, this home makes it easy to enjoy the desert lifestyle. The nearby bike and walking path connects directly to Riverfront Park, which features tennis, pickleball, basketball, soccer, volleyball, softball, baseball, and a playground. You’re also just a short drive from Catalina State Park, offering scenic hiking trails and desert views.



Other Things to Note:

📌 Community pool and hot tub: are controlled, maintained, and operated by the HOA. Availability and access may vary due to HOA rules, hours, or scheduled maintenance.

We created a space to welcome you for a relaxing stay while visiting Tucson, but in order to continue doing so, we ask that you respect the property and the neighbors by being mindful of noise and treating it as you would your home.

📌 Arizona can experience extreme heat, especially during the summer. Our air conditioning system is designed to maintain a comfortable temperature, but during periods of excessive heat, it may take longer to cool the space to your desired level. We appreciate your understanding and encourage mindful energy use
