Quiet, mountain views, very few neighbors, homes are generally spaced farther apart in this area, as most have more land than typical suburban homes.

NOTE: The pool and hot tub can be heated. Each amenity has an added fee: $84/day for pool heating and $31.50/day for hot tub heating. If you are interested in having this turned on and heated as part of your stay, please let us know prior to your arrival.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

POOL and HOT Tub Rules:
* No unsupervised children in the pool area
* NO diving
* No glass in the pool area (Any broken glass would require a full pool drain and damages. Guest would incur a $700 fine for any broken glass found in pool.)
* No swimming in pool after 10 pm
* Advised to NOT stay in hot tubs longer than 15 minutes (and do not drink alcohol and sit in hot tub)
