Quiet, mountain views, very few neighbors, homes are generally spaced farther apart in this area, as most have more land than typical suburban homes.

NOTE: The pool and hot tub can be heated. Each amenity has an added fee: $84/day for pool heating and $31.50/day for hot tub heating. If you are interested in having this turned on and heated as part of your stay, please let us know prior to your arrival.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

* Advised to NOT stay in hot tubs longer than 15 minutes (and do not drink alcohol and sit in hot tub)

Expectations met

Our daughter was attending the U of A engineering residential camp so we decided to get a rental and work remotely for the week. (Our teenage son with us was also working on an online course). Our main wants for a property were to have separate areas where we could all work and not be on top of each other and this house delivered! Wifi was also excellent. We had no issues getting in and the property was very clean. We were supposed to get in at noon but didn't arrive until 1am thanks to canceled flights so it was nice to be able to get in easily and go right to bed! The kitchen has a great set up and desk was perfect. We enjoyed the pool and the tv outside is great as well (it was June so we didn't need it heated, of course). The views around are really neat and appreciated the location was close to many things. I saw someone comment (and from the photos may look like it was this way previously) the one bedroom leading out to the pool did not have shades so the light came in the am but can confirm the owners have rectified this and curtains are now up blocking the sun in the am. A/C worked well which can be tricky with an older home. Overall, a great stay.

Home Away from Home in Tucson- Dog Friendly

We so enjoyed this tasteful, well equipped, spacious and extremely comfortable home, located in an upscale quiet neighborhood with beautiful desert atmosphere! Even our dogs were welcome and enjoyed exploring the fully walled, large backyard with pool and hot tub and grill under covered patio. Multiple covered patios were perfect for shade and relaxation throughout our stay. Hosts were invested in our happiness before check-in and during our stay- we even added a day as it was so enjoyable! Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay in the Catalina Foothills

We stayed at this lovely home in the Catalina Foothills for three nights and had a fantastic experience. The location is absolutely ideal—quiet, scenic, and close to everything we needed. It offered the perfect blend of desert beauty and convenience.The amenities were top-notch and made the stay incredibly comfortable. From the well-equipped kitchen to the relaxing outdoor spaces, everything was thoughtfully arranged. It truly felt like a home away from home.We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed stay in Tucson. Hope to return again soon!

Backyard Serenity

We were there for U of A family weekend. The house was the perfect place to stay. Away from the craziness of campus in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. The back yard was amazing! Great place for morning cup of coffee by the pool. We will definitely stay there every time we are in Tucson.
