The Space

Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in the heart of East-Central Tucson, our home offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Just minutes from major attractions, restaurants, and shopping, this location is ideal for both relaxation and exploration.



You're a short drive from Reid Park Zoo, Hi Corbett Field, and the expansive Reid Park, home to walking trails, golf, and picnic areas. For shopping and dining, Park Place Mall and a wide variety of local restaurants and cafes are nearby. Outdoor lovers will appreciate the quick access to Sabino Canyon and Saguaro National Park East for hiking, biking, and stunning desert views.



Inside the property, you'll find a spacious, open-plan living and dining area designed for comfort and connection. The fully remodeled interior features a cozy living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel right at home. The home comfortably sleeps your group with three bedrooms—two with king beds and one with a queen bed. Two of the rooms have a dedicated desk setup that provides a laptop-friendly workspace. For your viewing a listening pleasures we have a bluetooth record player with an assortment of records, smart TVs and fast WiFi. We also have a selection of kids toys to help keep your little ones entertained including a step to help them reach the sink.



Step outside to your personal oasis. The fully fenced-in backyard is an entertainer's dream, featuring a pergola-covered patio with a grill for alfresco dining. Spend your afternoons lounging by the refreshing private pool, soaking up the Arizona sunshine in the summer or around a cozy outdoor fire in the winter evenings.  We also have pool safety fence to keep everyone safe!



For your convenience, a laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use throughout your stay.

Indoor Fireplace: There is an indoor fireplace place however it is not in use.



Provided Amenities: To get you started, we provide a complimentary starter pack of supplies:

Bathroom: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

Kitchen: 2 rolls of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, antibacterial wipes, 3 trash bags, coffee K-cups, and tea bags.

Laundry: Laundry soap pods.

Outdoor: A grill with propane gas is included.  There is is also a dedicated fire pit with starter supply of wood





Safety & Suitability: Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. Please note the following:

- There is a step down into the living room and an 8-foot deep pool.

- The private pool is not heated.

- For safety, swimming alone is not permitted, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. Please swim at your own risk.



Parents: You may be interested in BabyQuip. You can rent all the baby equipment you need (like cribs, strollers, car seats, toys, etc) for your trip and skip packing all the bulky items! They deliver/set up everything for you, and pick it up when you are done.



House Rules: To ensure a peaceful environment for all, parties are strictly prohibited. Hosting a party may result in the immediate forfeiture of the remainder of your stay.
