This home has plenty of room for a large family or multiple couples and will be a true escape from the outside world as you surround yourself with the Tucson Mountains and centuries old Saguaros. 4 comfortable bedrooms (1 king, 2 Queen, 1 Twin x 2) with well appointed, updated furnishings + plenty of common area space to share will create a relaxing atmosphere for everyone in your party. Also, a 2 car garage is available for guest use to keep your vehicles out of the sun!

Cyclists are in for a walk out the door treat for some unforgettable road cycling through the West side of Tucson. If you prefer to go for a drive, one of the most scenic routes in Arizona, Gates Pass is less than 5 minutes away and a quick trip to The Sonoran Desert Museum.

THINGS TO KNOW:

-POOL HEAT FEE=100$ per night. The pool can be heated allowing for year-round fun in the sun!! The pool will, on average, be around 80 degrees. We require 3 night minimum to turn Pool heat system on due to large amount of energy needed to get to temperature.

-2 car garage accessible for guests.

-Gatherings over occupancy, loud music or events are not permitted. Good neighbor policy enforced, quiet hours 10pm-8am

-No pets allowed

-Gas Fireplace is not operational
